🛍️ Returns
- You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- To start a return, please contact us at d8power@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return.
- Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide instructions for shipping the product back to us.
- Returned items are inspected upon arrival. Products that show signs of use, tampering, or damage caused after delivery may not qualify for a refund.
💰 Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original method of payment.
- Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
🚚 Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email d8power@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product.
We’ll replace the item at no additional cost or issue a full refund.
⚠️ Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

- Free samples or promotional items
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers
